Direct and manage all practices and activities in the Finance and Accounting functions to ensure compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations. Manage auditing, accounting, and recordkeeping activities of the credit union to ensure they meet generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP). Prepare annual budget, income forecasts, statistical guidelines, and Asset Liability Management (ALM) reports. Recommend operational changes as needed.
The Vice President of Lending will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities in consumer and real estate lending. Responsible for the credit union’s administrative management of internal and external loan functions and relationships. Develop and implement consistent organizational policies and procedures that comply with external regulations. Support and provide direction to the centralized lending department. Ensure maximum profitability of lending activities that are in the best interest of the member while maintaining the focus to protect credit union assets.
