It is an honor to address you for the first time as the CEO of Central State Credit Union. Since joining this organization, I have been inspired by the commitment of our team, the strength of our membership, and the trust you place in us as your financial partner.

As your new CEO, my first priority has been to listen—to our employees, to our Board of Directors, and most importantly, to you, our members. Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping our direction for the future.

Looking ahead, our focus is clear:

• Enhancing the member experience – by investing in technology, streamlining our processes, and expanding our service options to meet you where you are.
• Growing responsibly – ensuring we remain financially strong while increasing opportunities for lending, savings, and financial education for all members.
• Building a culture of excellence – where our employees are empowered to deliver not just transactions, but meaningful financial solutions that help you achieve your goals.

I am deeply proud to lead a credit union that stands for more than banking—we stand for people helping people. That mission is more important than ever.

As you can see from our financials, in 2024 we increased our asset size by more than $5.5million and increased member deposits by more than $4.6million. Our members have entrusted us with their finances, and we will strive to continue to earn that trust.
